摘  要:碳中和、碳达峰等理念的提出向轻化工程专业的人才培养发起了新的挑战。为构建能够满足双碳要求的轻化工程人才培养模式,对双碳视角下轻化工程专业人才培养困境进行了详细分析,认为当前我国的轻化工程专业普遍存在课程体系滞后、实践教学与行业需求脱钩、师资队伍能力断层、行业动态更新与教育响应迟滞、学生思政水平难以满足双碳要求等问题,针对双碳背景下轻化工程专业人才培养困境,构建了一种线上+线下的综合人才培养模式。The concept of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking poses a new challenge to the talent training of light chemical engineering.In order to build a training model for light engineering talents that can better meet the requirements of dual carbon,the difficulties in training light engineering talents from the perspective of dual carbon are analyzed in detail.It is believed that the current problems of light chemical engineering major in China are lagging curriculum system,decoupling of practical teaching and industry demand,disconnection of teachers'ability,lagging industry dynamic update and educational response,and difficult for students'ideological and political level to meet the dual-carbon requirements.Aiming at the dilemma of training talents for light chemical engineering majors under the dual-carbon background,an online+offline comprehensive talent training model is constructed.
