摘　　要：文章探讨了基于微信小程序的复诊改约系统设计及其与医院信息系统(HIS)的对接方案。随着移动互联网技术的发展,患者对于医疗服务的需求日益增长,特别是在预约挂号、复诊管理等方面提出了更高的要求。以微信小程序为前端平台,结合后台.NET API服务,实现了一个集成的应用程序,该服务负责处理医院信息系统与小程序之间的数据对接,可以有效提高医疗服务效率,改善患者就医体验。该系统不仅具备在线复诊预约、查询医生出诊时间等功能,还支持患者根据自身情况调整已有的预约安排。数据加密传输等安全措施的应用,保证了用户隐私的安全性。This paper explores the design of the follow-up appointment rescheduling system based on WeChat mini program and its integration scheme with Hospital Information System(HIS).With the development of mobile internet technology,patients'demands for medical services are increasing,particularly in areas such as appointment scheduling and follow-up management.With WeChat mini program as the front-end platform and combined with the back-end.NET API service,an integrated application program is realized.And the service is responsible for handling the data integration with the HIS and the mini program,which significantly improves the efficiency of medical services and enhances the patient medical experience.This system not only has functions of online follow-up appointment scheduling and querying doctors'availability time,but also allows patients to adjust their existing appointments based on their personal circumstances.The application of data encryption transmission and other security measures ensures the protection of user privacy.
