摘  要:文章介绍了基于龙芯3A5000处理器构建从硬件到软件全国产化主站控制器的设计技术方案。基于龙芯LoongArch架构进行Xenomai 4实时核移植及性能测试,搭建IGH EtherCAT主站架构与主从站测试环境,验证了在龙芯架构下EtherCAT主站的实时性能。通过对比和数据分析,证明了龙芯架构在工业实时控制器中应用的可行性,最终完成了自主可控的全国产化EtherCAT主站设计。This paper introduces the design technical scheme of building a fully domestic master station controller from hardware to software based on Loongson 3A5000 processor.Based on LoongArch architecture,Xenomai 4 real-time kernel transplantation and performance test are carried out.The IGH EtherCAT master station architecture and master-slave station test environment are built to verify the real-time performance of EtherCAT master station under LoongArch architecture.Through comparison and data analysis,the feasibility of the application of Loongson architecture in industrial real-time controller is proved,and the design of self-controllable and fully domestic EtherCAT master station isfinally completed.
