摘  要:传统慢性病管理方式效率低下,难以满足患者的医疗服务要求。结合医院随访工作的实际现状,设计并应用了一套基于Spring Cloud的慢性病随访管理平台。该平台采用微服务架构,并结合智能语音电话技术,实现患者智能分组管理、自动执行随访任务及随访路径管理等功能。平台运行后,智能语音电话随访占比达到56.8%,接通率85.7%,信息采集完整率达到97.9%,大幅减少医护人员的随访工作时间,显著提高随访效率和质量。实践表明,该慢性病随访管理平台能够有效提升随访效率,为更多慢性病患者提供高质量的医疗服务。Traditional chronic disease management methods are inefficient and difficult to meet the medical service requirements of patients.Combined with the actual situation of hospital follow-up work,a set of chronic disease follow-up management platform based on Spring Cloud is designed and applied.The platform adopts microservice architecture and integrates intelligent voice call technology to achieve functions such as intelligent patient group management,automatic execution of follow-up tasks,and follow-up path management.After the operation of the platform,the proportion of intelligent voice call technology follow-up reaches 56.8%,the connection rate is 85.7%,and the integrity rate of information collection reaches 97.9%,which greatly reduces the follow-up work time of medical staff and significantly improves the follow-up efficiency and quality.Practice shows that the chronic disease follow-up management platform can effectively improve the follow-up efficiency and provide high-quality medical services for more patients with chronic diseases.
