摘　　要：在新疆马业信息化过程中马匹护照管理是一项重要的工作,设计合理的马匹护照及对其进行信息化的管理尤为重要。但在现有的护照管理工作中存在护照内容设计不合理、无防伪检测手段、无信息化管理平台和马匹外貌特征仍需手动绘制等问题。为解决以上问题,重新设计了马匹护照使其内容更加符合新疆马业的需求,又通过信息化管理平台完成了自动生成护照功能,并为每个护照生成了唯一的护照号,除此之外还通过人工智能方法实现了马匹特征的自动识别与绘制。以上马匹护照的信息化管理方式不仅大幅提升了马匹管理的科学性和智能化水平,更为畜牧业现代化注入了新动能。The management of horse passports is an important task in the informatization process of Xinjiang horse industry,and designing a reasonable horse passport and managing it through informatization are of particular importance.However,in the existing passport management task,there are problems such as unreasonable design of passport content,lack of anti-counterfeiting detection methods,absence of an informatization management platform,and the necessity of manually drawing the appearance characteristics of horses.To solve the above problems,the horse passport is redesigned to make its content more in line with the needs of Xinjiang horse industry.The function of automatically generating passports is completed through the informatization management platform,and a unique passport number is generated for each passport.In addition,the automatic recognition and drawing of horse characteristics are achieved through Artificial Intelligence method.The above informatization management method of horse passports not only greatly improves the scientific and intelligent levels of horse management,but also injects new momentum into the modernization of animal husbandry.
