摘  要:物流无人机垂直起降机场未来将成为城市空中交通的重要基础设施,需要构建安全、高效的运行保障体系。系统思维是一种整体性、综合性的思维方式,强调从全局出发,理解系统中各部分的相互关系及其对整体的影响。文章从系统的层次性、整体性和关联性三个方面对物流无人机垂直起降机场运行保障体系的构建进行研究。研究结果表明,物流无人机垂直起降机场要依据功能定位分层级规划、建设,其运行保障体系的建设既包括满足飞行器飞行需要的起降场点设施,也包括健全的低空飞行服务保障体系。此外,机场的运行一方面要实现传统基础设施和5G、北斗卫星导航等信息基础设施的融合,另一方面要有效融入外部综合交通系统。Logistics UAV vertical take-off and landing airport will become an important infrastructure for urban air traffic in the future,and it is necessary to build a safe and efficient operation guarantee system.System thinking is a holistic and comprehensive way of thinking,emphasizing the overall situation,understanding the relationship between the various parts of the system and its impact on the whole.This paper studies the construction of logistics UAV vertical take-offand landing airport operation guarantee system from three aspects of system hierarchy,integrity and relevance.The research results show that the logistics UAV take-offand landing airport should be planned and constructed hierarchically according to the functional positioning.The construction of its operation guarantee system includes not only the take-offand landing site facilities that meet the needs of aircraftflight,but also a sound low-altitudeflight service guarantee system.In addition,the operation of the airport should realize the integration of traditional infrastructure and information infrastructure such as 5G and Beidou Navigation Satellite System.Another aspect,it should be effectively integrated into the external integrated transportation system.
