摘  要:为落实国家关于强化城市与建筑风貌管理,规范工程建设项目审批服务办理用时等要求,解决传统的建筑景观设计方案专家评审服务申请不方便、流程不规范、监管不到位等问题,文章从系统总体架构、监控规则库和功能设计等方面,详细介绍了实现专家评审服务从申请、受理、办理、复核全过程留痕与全程监管的技术思路。该系统在广州的实践应用中切实方便了用户,提高了评审效率。文末对进一步利用新技术构建专家评审效果监测与评估体系进行了展望。In order to implement the national requirements on strengthening the management of urban and architectural style and standardizing the time for project approval and service handling of engineering construction projects,and solve the problems such as inconvenient application,non-standard processes,and inadequate supervision for the expert review service of traditional architectural landscape design schemes,This paper introduces in detail the technical ideas of realizing the traceability and whole-process supervision of the whole process of expert review service from application,acceptance,processing and review from the aspects of overall system architecture,monitoring rule base and function design.The practical application of this system in Guangzhou brings convenience to users and improves review efficiency.At the end of the paper,this paper prospects the further use of new technologies to build an expert review effect monitoring and evaluation system.
