摘 要:文章就当前钢铁行业深入推进智慧制造背景下,对螺纹钢棒材自动计数、分钢、复检系统的研究与应用做了详细阐述。为提高螺纹钢理计技术准确率,该系统通过图像识别、智能计算等技术的综合研究与应用,实现了对螺纹棒材生产过程中棒材支数在线自动实时计数、根据计数结果对产品进行自动分拣、对打包成捆后的成品钢材进行成捆复检等功能,确保棒材在线自动计数准确率99%以上,为成品螺纹钢材理计交货提供了有力的技术保障和支持。The paper provides a detailed explanation of the research and application of automatic counting,steel separation,and re-inspection systems for rebar bars in the context of the current deepening of smart manufacturing in the steel industry.In order to improve the accuracy of rebar counting technology,through comprehensive research and application of image recognition,intelligent calculation and other technologies,the system has achieved the functions of online automatic real-time counting of the number of bars in the production process of rebar bars,automatically sorting the products based on the counting results,and performing bundle re-inspection on the packagedfinished steel products.This ensures that the online automatic counting accuracy of bars is over 99%,providing strong technical support and assurance for the delivery offinished rebar counting.
