摘 要:本文研究了机制砂中石粉含量对C30和C50机制砂混凝土工作性能、力学性能、耐久性能的影响。结果表明:石粉含量分别在3.3%~17.6%、1.5%~9.2%时,C30和C50机制砂混凝土的工作性能良好,整体松软,粘度低,且力学性能和耐久性能良好。C30机制砂混凝土中,当石粉含量为17.6%时,混凝土的初始坍落度/扩展度为220/520 mm,当石粉含量超过17.6%时,混凝土的工作性能急剧下降,且粘度提升明显;混凝土的7 d和28 d抗压强度出现最大值,分别为28.0 MPa和39.2 MPa,当石粉含量超过17.6%时,混凝土的抗压强度开始下降;混凝土的28 d电通量为558 C,抗氯离子渗透性能良好。C50机制砂混凝土中,当石粉含量为9.2%时,混凝土的初始坍落度/扩展度为225/570 mm,当石粉含量超过9.2%时,混凝土的流动性能改善不明显,且粘度提升;当石粉含量为14.2%时,混凝土的7 d和28 d抗压强度出现最大值,分别为50.4 MPa和63.9 MPa;混凝土的28 d电通量为286 C,抗氯离子渗透性能良好。This article investigates the inf luence of stone powder content in mechanism sand on the workability,mechanical properties,and durability of C30 and C50 mechanism sand concrete.The results show that when the stone powder content is between 3.3%and 17.6%,and 1.5%and 9.2%,respectively,the workability of C30 and C50 mechanism sand concrete is good,with overall softness,low viscosity,and good mechanical and durability properties.In C30 mechanism sand concrete,when the stone powder content is 17.6%,the initial slump/expansion of the concrete is 220/520 mm;when the stone powder content exceeds 17.6%,the workability of the concrete sharply decreases and the viscosity increases significantly;the compressive strengths of concrete at 7 and 28 days reached their maximum values of 28.0 MPa and 39.2 MPa,respectively;when the stone powder content exceeded 17.6%,the compressive strength of the concrete began to decrease;the 28 days electrical f lux of concrete is 558 C,and its resistance to chloride ion penetration is good.In C50 mechanism sand concrete,when the stone powder content is 9.2%,the initial slump/expansion of the concrete is 225/570 mm;when the stone powder content exceeds 9.2%,the f lowability of the concrete does not improve significantly,and the viscosity increases.When the content of stone powder is 14.2%,the compressive strength of concrete reaches its maximum at 7 and 28 days,which are 50.4 MPa and 63.9 MPa,respectively;the 28 days electrical f lux of concrete is 286 C,and it has good resistance to chloride ion penetration.
