厨卫间快装体系配套找平砂浆性能研究

摘  要:厨卫间铺贴找平砂浆通常为M15干混抹灰砂浆,GB/T 25181—2019《预拌砂浆》规定普通抹灰砂浆的拉伸粘结强度≥0.2 MPa,JGJ/T 110—2017《建筑工程饰面砖粘结强度检验标准》明确指出饰面砖铺贴基层砂浆的拉伸粘结强度≥0.4 MPa,JC/T 2326—2015《建筑用找平砂浆》要求用于饰面砖(板)装饰前的墙面找平砂浆的拉伸粘结强度≥0.5 MPa,并且需要14 d的养护时间;但上述砂浆均无法满足既有建筑厨卫间局改快装的应用要求。因此,为提高厨卫间快装体系配套找平砂浆的性能,本文基于正交试验的方法,分析了普通硅酸盐水泥与粉煤灰比例、纤维素醚掺量、可再分散乳胶粉掺量对铺贴基层找平砂浆3、14 d拉伸粘结强度和28 d抗折、抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:当普通硅酸盐水泥与粉煤灰的比例为2.18、纤维素醚掺量为2.26‰、可再分散乳胶粉掺量为14.29‰时,铺贴基层找平砂浆的性能最优,其3 d拉伸粘结强度0.64 MPa,14 d拉伸粘结强度0.78 MPa,28 d抗折强度4.4 MPa,28 d抗压强度12.9 MPa;此外,普通硅酸盐水泥与粉煤灰的比例以及纤维素醚的掺量是影响找平砂浆抗折和抗压强度的重要因素,可再分散乳胶粉掺量是影响找平砂浆拉伸粘结强度的重要因素。The leveling mortar for kitchen and bathroom tiling is usually M15 dry mixed plastering,GB/T 25181—2019 Ready-mixed Mortar stipulates that the tensile bond strength of mortar should be≥0.2 MPa,JGJ/T 110—2017 Testing Standard for Adhesive Strength of Tapestry Brick of Construction Engineering clearly states that the tensile bond strength of the base mortar for decorative brick tiling should be≥0.4 MPa,JC/T 2326—2015 Plsater and Screed Mortar requires that the tensile bond strength of the wall leveling mortar used before decorative brick(board)decoration should be≥0.5 MPa,and a curing time of 14 days is required,however,the above-mentioned mortar cannot meet the application scenarios of fast installation in the renovation of existing building kitchens and bathrooms.Therefore,to improve the performance of the leveling mortar for the quick installation system in kitchen and bathroom areas,this paper analyzes the inf luence of the ratio of ordinary Portland cement to f ly ash,cellulose ether,and redispersible latex powder on the tensile bond strength at 3 and 14 days,as well as the f lexural and compressive strength at 28 days of the leveling mortar for the laying base layer based on the orthogonal experimental method.The results show that when the ratio of ordinary Portland cement to f ly ash is 2.18,the content of cellulose ether is 2.26‰,and the content of redispersible latex powder is 14.29‰,the performance of the base layer leveling mortar is the best.Its 3 days tensile bond strength is 0.64 MPa,14 days tensile bond strength is 0.78 MPa,28 days f lexural strength is 4.4 MPa,and 28 days compressive strength is 12.9 MPa.In addition,the ratio of ordinary Portland cement to f ly ash and the dosage of cellulose ether are important factors affecting the f lexural and compressive strength of leveling mortar,while the dosage of redispersible latex powder is an important factor affecting the tensile bonding strength of leveling mortar.
