缓凝剂对石膏基自流平砂浆水化硬化性能的影响

摘  要:以脱硫石膏为主要胶凝材料制备石膏基自流平砂浆,研究蛋白类缓凝剂、柠檬酸和三聚磷酸钠对石膏基自流平砂浆工作性能、力学性能和水化热的影响。结果表明:蛋白类缓凝剂对石膏基自流平砂浆的初始流动度和30 min流动度影响不大;柠檬酸会大幅降低砂浆的初始流动度和30 min流动度;三聚磷酸钠对砂浆的初始流动度影响较小,当掺量小于0.08%时,砂浆的30 min流动度为0 mm,当掺量大于0.08%时,砂浆的30 min流动度恢复与初始流动度基本一致;随着掺量的增加,蛋白类缓凝剂和柠檬酸均会减小石膏基自流平砂浆的强度,而三聚磷酸钠会使砂浆的强度先增大后减小;3种缓凝剂均会延缓石膏基自流平砂浆水化第一和第二放热峰的出现,其中,第一放热峰的峰值高于空白组砂浆,第二放热峰的峰值低于空白组砂浆。Preparation of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar using desulfurization gypsum as the main binding material and study of the effects of protein retarders,citric acid,and sodium tripolyphosphate on the workability,mechanical properties,and hydration heat of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar.The results show that protein retarders has little effect on the initial flowability and 30 minutes flowability of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar,while citric acid will significantly reduce the initial flowability and 30 minutes flowability of mortar.Sodium tripolyphosphate has little impact on the initial flowability of mortar,when the dosage is less than 0.08%,the flowability of mortar after 30 minutes is 0 mm;when the dosage is greater than 0.08%,the flowability of mortar after 30 minutes recovers to be the same as the initial flowability.As the dosage increases,both protein retarders and citric acid will reduce the strength of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar,while sodium tripolyphosphate will first increase and then decrease the strength of the mortar.All three types of retarders can delay the appearance of the first and second exothermic peaks of gypsum-based self-leveling mortar hydration.Among them,the first exothermic peak is higher than that of the blank mortar,and the second exothermic peak is lower than that of the blank mortar.
