摘  要:针对连续箱梁腹板混凝土密实度检测中,因箱梁内部空间受限及现有检测技术局限性导致的精度不足问题,本文提出采用超声横波成像技术进行检测的方法,首先通过精心选择测点位置,以确保数据采集的准确性和代表性;再利用先进的超声横波成像技术,对选定位置的混凝土内部进行扫描,获取其内部结构的详细数据;在数据处理阶段,通过特定的算法和技术手段,有效消除内部缺陷对检测结果的干扰;对经过处理的混凝土数据进行深入解译,评估其密实度。试验结果表明:该方法在连续箱梁腹板混凝土密实度检测中表现出较好的效果,为桥梁工程的质量控制和风险评估提供了有效的技术支持。In response to the problem of insufficient accuracy caused by the limited internal space of the box girder and the limitations of existing detection technologies in the compactness testing of concrete in the web plate of continuous box girders,this paper proposes the use of ultrasonic transverse wave imaging technology for detection.Firstly,the measuring site locations were carefully selected to ensure the accuracy and representativeness of the data acquisition.Subsequently,advanced ultrasonic transverse wave imaging technology is used to scan the interior of the concrete at selected locations to obtain detailed data on its internal structure.In the data processing stage,specific algorithms and technical means can effectively eliminate the interference of internal defects to the detection results.Finally,the processed concrete data is interpreted in depth to assess its compactness.The experimental results show that this method has good results in the compaction detection of continuous box girder web concrete,and provides effective technical support for the quality control and risk assessment of bridge engineering.
