摘  要:以复杂地质条件下的工程项目为切入点,通过分析项目场地的地质特征和水文条件,确定其桩基和围护方案,以此为基础研究装配式地下结构体系的创新设计和施工的实际应用情况。结合工程深基坑、多围护和高支模的特点,运用装配式标准化理念优化柱网排布,通过建筑信息模型(BIM)技术进行高标准化柱及免撑预制叠合梁和板类构件的方案拆分、结构设计和预制深化,创新梁柱节点核心区、预制板连接节点,应用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)对节点密实浇筑,保证了构件在节点内的高效连接,同时为现场实际施工带来了良好的经济性和综合效益。Taking the engineering project under complex geology conditions as the starting point,the pile foundation and enclosure scheme are determined by analyzing the geological characteristics and hydrological conditions,and the innovative design and construction practical application of the prefabricated underground structure system are studied on this basis.Combined with the characteristics of deep foundation pit,multi-enclosure and high support mold of the project,the column network arrangement is optimized by the concept of prefabricated standardization,and the scheme splitting,structural design and prefabrication deepening of high-standardization columns,brac-free prefabricated superimposed beams and plate components are carried out through building information modelling(BIM)technology,and the core area of beam and column nodes and prefabricated plates are connected to nodes,and ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)is used to solidly pour nodes to ensure the efficient connection of components in nodes.At the same time,it brings good economy and high-quality comprehensive benefits to the actual construction on site.
