摘  要:水泥作为一种大宗建筑材料,在城市建设过程中发挥了重要作用,但由于原燃材料及生产设备的带入,水泥中往往会存在铅、镉、汞、铬等有毒、有害物质。其中,铬元素在自然界中一般以低毒性的三价铬为主,经过水泥窑的高温煅烧后会转化为六价的水溶性铬(Ⅵ),对人体和环境造成较为严重的损害。针对这一问题,我国出台了相关标准对水泥中水溶性铬(Ⅵ)含量进行了严格的限制,众多学者也开展了大量的研究工作,但水泥中水溶性铬(Ⅵ)含量超标的问题仍时有出现。鉴于此,本文梳理分析了水泥中水溶性铬(Ⅵ)的主要来源、形成机理以及控制措施等方面的研究进展,并重点分析了现有水泥降铬剂的优缺点及发展思路,为未来水泥水溶性铬(Ⅵ)含量控制技术的发展指明方向,以期促进水泥行业的绿色健康安全发展。Cement,as a major building material,plays an impor tant role in the process of urban construction.However,due to the introduction of raw and fuel materials and production equipment,toxic and harmful substances such as lead,cadmium,mercury,chromium,etc.are often present in cement.Among them,chromium element is generally dominated by low toxicity trivalent chromium in nature.After high-temperature calcination in cement kilns,it will be converted into hexavalent water-soluble chromium(VI),which causes serious damage to human health and the environment.In response to this issue,China has introduced relevant standards to strictly limit the content of water-soluble chromium(VI)in cement.Researchers and engineers have also carried out a lot of work,but the problem of excessive water-soluble chromium(VI)content in cement still occurs from time to time.In view of this,this article summarizes and analyzes the research progress on the main sources,formation mechanisms,and control measures of water-soluble chromium(VI)in cement,and focuses on the advantages,disadvantages,and development ideas of existing cement chromium-reducing agents.It points out the direction for the future development of cement water-soluble chromium(VI)content control technology,in order to promote the green,healthy,and safe development of cement industry.
