摘 要:采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机检测了3种不同Si、Cr含量的600MPa级热轧双相钢的连续冷却转变曲线,分析了形变后冷却速率和Si、Cr含量对试验钢的组织转变规律和相变机制的影响。结果表明:3种试验钢的CCT曲线均由铁素体、珠光体、贝氏体及马氏体区组成;随着Si含量的增加,试验钢的铁素体转变开始温度与终止转变温度均提高,当钢中Si含量从0.6%增加至1.2%时,其铁素体转变开始温度从800℃提高到了830℃;Cr显著提高了钢的淬透性,使奥氏体转变为马氏体的冷却速率从5℃/s降至3℃/s,转变为贝氏体的冷却速率从10℃/s降至3℃/s,且钢中的马氏体含量明显增加。The continuous cooling transformation curves of three types of 600 MPa grade hot-rolled dual-phase steels with different Si and Cr contents were detected by a Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine.The effects of cooling rate after deformation and Si and Cr contents on structural transformation law and phase transformation mechanism of the tested steels were investigated.The results showed that(a)the CCT curves of three tested steels all were composed of ferrite,pearlite,bainite and martensite zones;(b)with the increase in Si content,both the starting and finishing temperatures of ferrite transformation of the tested steels rose,and as Si content in the steels was increased from 0.6%to 1.2%,the starting temperature of ferrite transformation rose from 800℃to 830℃;and(c)chromium could significantly increases hardenability of the steels,and allowed the cooling rate to reduce from 5℃/s to 3℃/s for transformation of austenite into martensite and to reduce from 10℃/s to 3℃/s for transformation of austenite into bainite,and content of martensite in the steels significantly increased.
