摘 要:以较大和较小粒度的碳粉和同样的其他添加剂作原料,采用粉末冶金法制备了TZC钼合金顶头,然后检测顶头的化学成分、密度、显微组织、第二相成分和穿孔性能。结果表明:采用不同粒度碳粉制备的TZC钼合金顶头其化学成分变化不大;采用较大粒度碳粉制备的TZC钼合金顶头密度比采用较小粒度碳粉制备的顶头密度低0.25g/cm3左右;采用较大粒度碳粉制备的TZC钼合金顶头穿孔性能优于采用较小粒度碳粉制备的顶头性能。Taking larger and smaller particle size of carbon powder and the same other additives as raw materials,TZC molybdenum alloy plugs were fabricated by powder metallurgy,and followed by being tested for chemical composition,density,microstructure,composition of second phase and piercing ability.The results showed that(a)TZC molybdenum alloy plugs fabricated from different particle sizes of carbon powder had no appreciable change in chemical composition;(b)the density of TZC molybdenum alloy plug fabricated from larger particle size of carbon powder was about 0.25 g/cm3 less than that of TZC molybdenum alloy plug fabricated from smaller particle size of carbon powder;and(c)TZC molybdenum alloy plug fabricated from larger particle size of carbon powder was superior to TZC molybdenum alloy plug fabricated from smaller particle size of carbon powder in piercing ability.
