摘  要:对适用制作轴承防尘盖的0.5mm厚SPCC钢板进行了在100~750℃保温30min空冷的退火处理,然后检测钢板的原始组织和退火后的显微组织、硬度和拉伸性能。结果表明:在525℃退火的钢板发生再结晶,晶粒正常长大的温度为500~700℃,且在700℃以上温度退火的钢板晶粒异常长大;随着退火温度的升高,钢板的硬度、屈服强度和抗拉强度均先降低后升高,断后伸长率先升高后下降,750℃退火的钢板断后伸长率为31%。SPCC steel is suitable to making bearing dust cover.0.5 mm-thick SPCC steel sheets were annealed by holding at temperatures ranging from 100℃to 750℃for 30 min followed by air cooling.The sheets were tested for the original structure and the microstructrue,hardness and tensile properties after annealing.The results showed that(a)recrystallization occurred in the sheet annealed at 525℃,the temperatures at which grains normally grew in the sheet were 500℃to 700℃,and grains grew abnormally in the sheet annealed at above 700℃;and(b)as the annealing temperature was increased,the hardness,yield strength and tensile strength all decreased at first and then increased,whereas the elongation increased at first and then decreased,with the elongation of the sheet annealed at 750℃being 31%.
