摘　　要：为减小大型压缩机叶轮热处理时会发生的较大畸变,设计并制作了一种由支撑架、固定轴和支撑件等零部件组成的能预防大型叶轮热处理畸变的装置,其中支撑架包括底座及支撑板,支撑板顶部有用于放置固定轴的槽。该装置通过支撑件支撑叶轮,并将叶轮垂直固定,从而减小其热处理畸变。Large-scale compressor impellers will distort more severely during heat treatment.To lessen their heat treatment distortion,a type of device which consists of support frame,fixed shaft and support component,and is likely to prevent the large-scale impellers from distorting during heat treating was designed and made.The support frame included a base and a support plate.The support plate top has groove used for placing the fixed shaft.The impeller is supported and fixed vertically via the support component,thus lessening its distortion during heat treating.
