摘　　要：离心压缩机的水平法兰通常采用低碳钢制作。对水平法兰的结构进行了优化。采用一种新型锻造工艺,即将两件水平法兰组合锻造制作了结构优化的水平法兰锻件,并对锻件进行了锻后热处理,结果达到了降本增效的目的。The horizontal flange of centrifugal compressor is usually made from low-carbon steels.The structure of horizontal flange was optimized.A new type of forging technology,that is,combined forging of two horizontal flanges,was used to manufacture the structurally optimized horizontal flange forging,and post-forging heat treating of the forgings was carried out.As a result,the aim of reducing cost and increasing efficiency were achieved.
