摘 要:对ϕ55 mm的42CrMo钢棒采用能对工件实施水或水基介质淬火的FBQ2000保护气氛箱式炉生产线进行了调质处理,并检测了棒材的表面硬度、显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:棒材淬火后表面硬度为53~55HRC,回火后为34~35HRC,且较均匀;显微组织为2~3级;抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率和断面收缩率也均满足技术要求。42CrMo steel bars 55 mm in diameter were quenched and high tempered in a FBQ2000 protective atmosphere box-type furnace production line where quenching of workpieces in water or water-based media can be conducted,and tested for surface hardness,microstructure and mechanical properties.The results indicated that(a)the surface hardness was 53 to 55 HRC after quenching and 34 to 35 HRC after tempering,and was more uniform;(b)the microstructure was 2 to 3 grade;and(c)the tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and reduction of area all conformed with the specification.
