摘  要:23MnNiMoCr54钢吊钩在疲劳试验时未达到规定的循环次数就发生断裂,为此对吊钩进行了化学成分分析、硬度测定、金相检验、断口检验和能谱分析,同时计算了夹杂物引起的疲劳失效概率。结果表明:23MnNiMoCr54钢吊钩有脱碳层,导致其力学性能降低;吊钩有氧化物夹杂,导致其疲劳性能显著降低;表面脱碳和存在氧化物夹杂是吊钩疲劳试验时过早失效的主要原因;计算得出的夹杂物引发的吊钩疲劳失效的概率为17.4%。23MnNiMoCr54 steel hook broke before the number of cycles came up to specified value during fatigue test.The hook was subjected to chemical composition analysis,hardness measurements,metallographic examination,fracture test,and energy spectrum analysis.The probability of fatigue failure caused by inclusion was calculated.The results showed that the hook exhibited decarburized layer which resulted in its decrease in mechanical properties,and had oxide inclusions which greatly reduced its fatigue property.The surface decarburization and the presence of oxide inclusions proved to be main cause of the premature failure of hook during fatigue test.The calculated probability of hook fatigue failure caused by inclusion was 17.4%.
