摘  要:某换热器的S22053双相不锈钢换热管在使用中发生泄漏。对泄漏的换热管进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、金相检验、断口分析和能谱分析。结果表明:换热管内表面有制造过程中产生的轴向微裂纹,而且除沫器网脱落损坏,从而增加了振动力。这两个原因导致换热管疲劳而泄漏。Heat interchange tubes of S22053 duplex stainless steel of a heat exchanger leaked in service.The macroscopic check,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property measurements,metallographic examination,fracture test,and energy spectrum analysis were performed on the leaking heat interchange tube.The results indicated that axial fine cracks formed in the process of producing were present in inner surface of the heat interchange tube,and the defoamer mesh came off and was damaged,therefore the vibration force increased.It is these two causes that resulted in the heat exchange tube fatigue thus leakage.
