道岔滑床板卡爪断裂原因分析

摘　　要：某地铁道岔滑床板卡爪在使用中断裂。采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、光学显微镜、电子万能试验机、布氏硬度计、直读光谱仪等分析了道岔滑床板卡爪断裂的原因。结果表明:卡爪无夹杂物和冶金缺陷,化学成分、硬度和力学性能均符合要求,但发生了应力腐蚀,其断裂是应力腐蚀和疲劳裂纹扩展导致的。Switch slide bed plate claw in a subway broke in service.The cause for breaking of the switch slide bed plate claw was analyzed via scanning electron microscopy,spectrometer,optical microscope,electron universal testing machine,Brinell hardness tester,and direct reading spectrograph.The results indicated that the claw had no inclusion and metallurgical defect,and exhibited desirable chemical composition,hardness and mechanical properties,but stress corrosion,its breaking stemmed from both stress corrosion and fatigue crack propagation.
