摘　　要：某电厂氨喷枪头在检修过程中发现被腐蚀。对腐蚀的氨喷枪头进行了宏观检验、金相检验和化学成分检测。结果表明:喷枪头材料是N10276合金而不是要求的316不锈钢,从而导致其过早腐蚀。The head of ammonia spray gun was found corroded during maintaining in a power plant.The macro check,metallographic examination,and chemical composition detection were performed on the corroded ammonia spray gun head.The results indicated that the spray gun head was made from N10276 alloy rather than from required 316 stainless steel,thus resulting in its prematurely being corroded.
