摘 要:4Cr5MoSiV1NbSr作为一种新型模具钢具有较佳的应用前景。为了研究锻造温度对4Cr5MoSiV1NbSr模具钢高温性能的影响,选择始锻温度为1000~1250℃和终锻温度为700~950℃,在500℃高温环境下对锻后模具钢进行磨损试验和氧化试验。结果表明:始锻温度从1000℃增加至1250℃时,4Cr5MoSiV1NbSr模具钢试样的高温耐磨损和抗高温氧化性能均呈先升高后降低的趋势;终锻温度从700℃增加至950℃时,4Cr5MoSiV1NbSr模具钢试样的高温耐磨损和抗高温氧化性能均先升高后基本不变。与1000℃始锻相比,1150℃始锻的Cr5MoSiV1NbSr模具钢试样高温磨损体积减小63.7%、高温氧化单位面积质量增重减小57.3%。与700℃终锻相比,900℃终锻的Cr5MoSiV1NbSr模具钢试样高温磨损体积减小74.5%、高温氧化单位面积质量增重减小66.7%。As a new type of die steel,4Cr5MoSiV1NbSr has excellent application prospects.In order to investigate the influence of forging temperature on the high-temperature properties of 4Cr5MoSiV1NbSr die steel,selecting the initial forging temperature of 1000-1250℃and the final forging temperature of 700-950℃,wear and oxidation tests were conducted on the die steel after forging at 500℃.The results show that when the initial forging temperature increases from 1000℃to 1250℃,the high-temperature wear resistance and the high-temperature oxidation resistance of 4Cr5MoSiV1NbSr die steel sample both increase first and then decrease.When the final forging temperature increases from 700℃to 950℃,the high-temperature wear resistance and the high-temperature oxidation resistance of 4Cr5MoSiV1NbSr die steel sample both increase first and then remain basically unchanged.Compared with the initial forging at 1000℃,the high-temperature wear volume of Cr5MoSiV1NbSr die steel sample forged at 1150℃decreases by 63.7%,and the high-temperature oxidation unit area mass gain decreases by 57.3%.Compared with the final forging at 700℃,the high-temperature wear volume of Cr5MoSiV1NbSr die steel sample forged at 900℃decreases by 74.5%,and the high-temperature oxidation unit area mass gain decreases by 66.7%.
