摘 要:针对异形壳体模锻件成形过程中坯料定位困难、成形偏载严重及成形后脱模困难的问题,以航天用某2A14铝合金异形壳段结构件为研究对象,研究了非轴对称“马蹄形”壳体模锻挤压成形仿真与试制过程,对成形过程中的载荷、温度场及不同部位的等效应变变化情况进行了分析,对成形载荷及可能出现的缺陷进行了预测,并对坯料定位、锻件打料组合装置与成形上模具结构进行优化,结果显示模拟成形效果与实际生产基本一致。基于良好的模具设计和数值模拟优化结果,在液压机上成功试制了该模锻件,制品各部位充型良好,取样环性能满足设计要求,达到了产品使用和交付的状态。Aiming at the problems of difficult billet positioning and severe unbalanced load forming during the forming process of special-shaped shell die forgings and difficult demoulding after forming,for 2A14 aluminum alloy special-shaped shell segments used in aerospace,the simulation and production trial process of die forging and extrusion for non-axisymmetric horseshoe-shaped shell were studied,and the changes of load,temperature field and equivalent strain in different parts during the forming process were analyzed.Then,the forming load and possible defects were predicted,and the billet positioning,forgings knockout combination device and upper die structure of forming were optimized.The results show that the simulated forming effect is basically consistent with the actual production.Based on the good die design and the numerical simulation optimization results,the die forgings are successfully trial produced on a hydraulic press.The filling of various parts of the product is good,and the performance of the sampling ring meets the design requirements,achieving the state of product use and delivery.
