摘 要:为实现筋板类构件连续成形及提高筋条质量,提出一种使用两辊辊轧机来成形带筋板的工艺方法,并利用Deform有限元模拟软件,建立了带筋板辊轧成形的有限元模型,阐述了工艺原理,揭示了带筋板在辊轧过程中筋条区域与底板区域的金属流动变形行为以及等效应变分布情况,并分析研究了不同板厚以及压下率对带筋板成形的影响。结果表明:该方法可以实现薄壁高筋类构件的成形加工,通过调控板厚和压下率可以提高带筋板的成形筋高,当板厚小于8 mm、压下率小于60%时,最高可成形筋高为1.8 mm的带筋板。该研究可为此类构件的辊轧工艺及模具的优化设计提供理论参考。In order to realize the continuous forming of ribbed plate components and improve the quality of ribs,a process method of forming ribbed plate using a two-roller rolling mill was proposed,and the finite element model of ribbed plate rolling was established by finite element simulation software Deform.Then,the process principle was explained,the metal flow deformation behavior and equivalent strain distribution in the rib area and the bottom plate area during the rolling process of ribbed plate were revealed,and the influences of different plate thicknesses and reduction rates on ribbed plate forming were analyzed and studied.The results show that this method realizes the forming processing of thin-walled and high-ribbed components.The formed rib height of ribbed plate can be improved by adjusting plate thickness and reduction rate.When the plate thickness is less than 8 mm and the reduction rate is less than 60%,the maximum rib height of formed ribbed plate is 1.8 mm.Thus,this research provides a theoretical reference for the rolling process and mold optimization design of such components.
