摘  要:酸洗是冷轧产品制造流程中的关键环节,金属材料的表面状态和酸液的浓度、温度、处理时间等因素均会对酸洗效果产生显著影响。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜和能谱分析研究了SDX51D带钢宽度方向不同部位及拉矫破鳞处理前后的氧化铁皮成分构成与结构特征;通过电化学方法研究了带钢宽度方向不同位置、拉矫破鳞前后、酸洗浓度和酸洗温度对酸洗结束时间的影响;采用电位导数首零法判断酸洗结束的时间。研究结果表明:SDX51D带钢宽度方向边部氧化铁皮成分为Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4),中部成分为Fe_(3)O_(4)和FeO,中部氧化铁皮厚度较边部薄3μm且厚度不均,与基体结合不紧密,酸洗时间较边部减少10 s。拉矫破鳞后的氧化铁皮裂纹增多,厚度平均减少2~3μm,有利于酸洗,酸洗时间较拉矫破鳞前减少20 s。综合考虑SDX51D带钢的酸洗效果,酸洗工艺建议酸洗温度为80℃、酸洗浓度为10%。Pickling is a key step in the manufacturing process of cold-rolled products,and the surface state of metal materials and the factors such as concentration,temperature and treatment time of acid liquor have a significant impact on the pickling effect.Therefore,the composition and structural characteristics of oxide scale at different parts in width direction of SDX51D strip steel before and after tension leveling and sacle breaking treatment were studied by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.And the influences of different parts in width direction of strip steel,before and after tension leveling and sacle breaking,pickling concentration and pickling temperature on the end time of pickling were investigated by electrochemical methods.Furthermore,the end time of pickling was determined by potential derivative first zero method.The research results indicate that the compositions of oxide scale at the edges along width direction of SDX51D strip steel are Fe_(2)O_(3)and Fe_(3)O_(4),and the compositions in the middle are Fe_(3)O_(4)and FeO.The thickness of oxide scale in the middle is 3μm thinner than that of the edges,and the thickness distribution is uneven.It is not tightly bonded to the matrix,and the pickling time is 10 s shorter than that of the edge.The cracks of oxide scale increase after tension leveling and sacle breaking,and the thickness is reduced by an average of 2-3μm,which is conductive to pickling.Compared with the time before tension leveling and scale breaking,the pickling time is reduced by 20 s.Thus,considering the pickling effect of SDX51D strip steel comprehensively,the recommended pickling temperature is 80℃,and the pickling concentration is 10%during the pickling process.
