摘  要:为满足汽车工业对高强度、高加工性能材料的需求,开发了一种综合性能优良的HC420LA冷轧低合金高强钢。采用C-Mn-Nb-Ti复合微合金成分设计方法,结合优化的热轧及退火工艺制度,通过热模拟技术系统地研究了全工序中的加热温度、冷轧压下率、退火温度及退火速度等参数,确保了产品质量的稳定性。结果表明:开发的冷轧低合金高强钢的力学性能优异,屈服强度为433~492 MPa、抗拉强度为510~581 MPa、断后伸长率为18.5%~25.5%,完全满足汽车主机厂的加工要求。成品为铁素体单相组织,具有良好的组织变形能力,表现出优异的冷弯及扩孔性能。同时,成品组织中的带状结构主要源于再结晶不充分,通过提高退火温度、降低退火速度可有效降低各向异性,进一步优化材料性能。该研究为同类产品工业生产中工艺参数的制定提供了借鉴,有利于推动高强度钢的开发与应用。In order to meet the demand of automotive industry for high-strength and high processability materials,a cold-rolled low-alloy high-strength steel HC420LA with excellent comprehensive performance was developed.Then,by using the C-Mn-Nb-Ti composite microalloy composition design method and combining with the optimized hot rolling and annealing process system,the parameters of heating temperature,reduction rate of cold rolling,annealing temperature and annealing speed in the whole process were systematically studied by thermal simulation technology to ensure the stability of product quality.The results show that the developed cold-rolled low-alloy high-strength steel has excellent mechanical properties,with a yield strength of 433 to 492 MPa,a tensile strength of 510 to 581 MPa,and an elongation after fracture of 18.5%to 25.5%,which fully meets the processing requirements of automotive OEMs.The finished product is a ferrite single-phase structure with good structure deformation ability,showing excellent cold bending and hole expansion performance.At the same time,the banded structure in the finished product structure is mainly due to insufficient recrystallization.By increasing the annealing temperature and reducing the annealing speed,the anisotropy is effectively reduced,and the material performance is further optimized.Thus,this study provides a reference for the formulation of process parameters in the industrial production of similar products and is beneficial to promote the development and application of high-strength steel.
