摘  要:针对某变速箱齿轮热模锻成形时由于模锻力较大导致的模具易损坏等问题,以某SCr420H钢深轮辐齿坯件为研究对象,构建了基于Deform-3D的深轮辐齿坯件多工位闭式热精锻有限元模拟模型,并验证了该模型的可靠性。分析了多工位闭式热精锻成形过程中材料流动和应力应变分布,确定了模具结构设计的不合理处,并基于正交试验研究了拔模斜度和圆角半径等模具结构参数对闭式热精锻模锻力的影响规律,基于此获得了最优模具结构参数组合。试验结果表明:在大变形区域的过渡区域处,不合理的模具结构会使材料流动速度明显变差,导致成形模锻力增大。通过改变该处的拔模斜度和圆角半径,可改善其材料流动速度,减少材料流动阻力,优化后的模具能有效降低成形时的模锻力。In order to solve the problem that the die is easily damaged due to the large die forging force during the hot die forging of a gearbox gear,for a SCr420H steel deep wheel spoke tooth blank,a finite element simulation model of multi-station closed-die hot precision forging process for deep wheel spoke tooth blank was constructed based on Deform-3D,and the reliability of the model was verified.Then,the material flow and stress-strain distribution during the multi-station closed-die hot precision forging process were analyzed,and the unreasonable aspects of the die structure design were determined.Furthermore,based on orthogonal experiments,the influences of die structure parameters,such as draft angle and fillet radius,on the die forging force in closed-die hot precision forging were investigated,and the optimal die structure parameters combination was obtained.The experimental results show that in the transition region of the large deformation area,the unreasonable die structure produces obvious material flow velocity differences,resulting in the increasing of die forging forces.Changing the draft angle and fillet radius in this region improves the material flow velocity and reduces the material flow resistance.Thus,the optimized die effectively reduces the die forging force during forming.
