摘 要:根据发动机罩铰链安装板零件的结构特点和生产要求,确定采用多工位级进模进行生产,并利用Autoform仿真软件对零件进行数值分析,根据模拟分析结果确定了框架式直对排的排样设计,材料利用率可达69.47%。采用“抬料板+抬料支架+氮气弹簧”的组合抬料机构,解决了料带中间下垂送料不顺的问题,提高了冲裁精度;设计了模座防侧向力结构,解决了模具生产中侧向力大的问题;采用外导柱、内导柱及导向块相结合的导向方式,提高了整体导向精度。生产结果表明,模具工作平稳,成形零件的质量符合客户要求,说明模具结构设计合理可靠。Based on the structural characteristics and production requirements of engine hood hinge mounting plate,it was determined that a multi-station progressive die was used for production,and the parts were numerically analyzed by simulation software Autoform.Then,according to the simulation results,the frame-type straight-to-row layout design was determined,and the material utilization rate could reach 69.47%.Furthermore,the problems of middle sagging of strip and the uneven feeding were solved by the combined lifting mechanism of“lifting plate+lifting bracket+nitrogen spring”,and the blanking accuracy was improved.In addition,the problem of large lateral force in die production was solved by the design of die base anti-lateral force structure,and a guiding method combining outer guide pins,inner guide pins and guide blocks was adopted to improve the overall guiding accuracy.The production results indicate that the die works smoothly and the quality of formed parts meets the requirements,demonstrating that the die structure design is reasonable and reliable.
