摘 要:基于弹塑性弯曲理论,对板材弯曲成形机理进行研究。建立了板材弯曲的力矩模型,并根据卸载定律求解回弹量,进而得出回弹前的理论压下量。根据该理论体系以VB6.0软件作为开发平台,开发了一种JCO成形压下量智能化计算软件,其界面简单,可实现智能化计算以及工艺参数优化设计,提高生产效率。以718镍基合金为研究对象进行数值分析,将该理论体系下的智能化界面与数值模拟互相验证。结果表明,以该智能化系统所得回弹前的理论压下量进行管材成形,成形效果较好,开口较小。该研究可实现管坯每道次精准弯曲成形,提高生产效率。Based on elastoplastic bending theory,the bending forming mechanism of sheet metal was studied.The bending moment model of sheet metal was established,and the springback amount was calculated according to the unloading law to obtain the theoretical reduction before springback.According to the theoretical system,software VB6.0 was used as the development platform to develop an intelligent calculation software for JCO forming reduction,which had a simple interface and could redlize the intelligent calculation and the optimization design of process parameters to improve the production efficiency.For 718 nickel-based alloy,the numerical analysis was conducted and the intelligent interface and numerical simulation under the theoretical system were mutually verified.The results show that using the theoretical reduction before springback obtained by this intedlligent system to form the tube has a better forming effect and a smaller opening.Thus,the research realizes accurate bending of the tube blank in each pass and improves the production efficiency.
