摘　　要：大食物观是中国共产党立足新发展阶段,致力于农业发展,维护国家粮食安全,适应我国战略安排的新理念。本文从梳理马克思主义经典作家的食物论述,中华优秀传统文化内嵌的食物基因,中国共产党人百年探索的食物策略以及新时代新征程面临的食物困境挑战等方面分析了大食物观的生成逻辑。提出大食物观是时代的产物,是“以人民福祉为导向”的民生保障观,是“以生态平衡为基础”的永续发展观,是“以强国建设为使命”的战略引领观,具有深厚的内涵意蕴。因此,新时代新征程下,必须深耕“大国土”沃野,细绘广域食物全景图;激活“大力气”势能,催生裂变式创新突破;把握“大趋势”脉搏,培育全民食育新场景;树立“大格局”意识,构建人类食物共同体,深入践行大食物观。The Big Food Concept is a new vision put forward by the Communist Party of China(CPC)based on the new stage of development,commited to agricultural development,safeguarding national food security,and aligning with China's strategic arrangements.This concept arises from the food-related discourse of Marxist classical writers,the inherent food culture of Chinese excellent traditional culture,the food strategies explored by the CPC over the past century,and the food challenges faced in the new era and new journey.The Big Food Concept is a product the time,embodying a people's livelihood safeguard perspective"oriented towards people's well-being,"a sustainable development perspective"based on ecological balance,"and a strategic guidance perspective"with the mission of building a powerful nation."It is imbued with profound connotations.Therefore,in the new era and new journey,it is imperative to deeply cultivate the fertile land of the"great territory,"meticulously outlining a panoramic view of a wide range of food sources;activate the potential of"great efforts"to catalyze revolutionary innovations and breakthroughs;grasp the pulse of"megatrends"to cultivate new scenarios for food education among all citizens;and establish a sense of"grand vision"to build a human food community,thereby thoroughly implementing the Big Food Concept.
