摘  要:化学法引气法是目前常见的地聚物泡沫混凝土制备方法,但对过氧化氢和铝粉两种发气剂的性能比较还少见研究报道。为此,以粉煤灰、矿渣、水玻璃为原料制备地聚物多孔材料,在不同水玻璃模数、碱含量、水胶比、发气剂用量情况下对比了过氧化氢和铝粉的发气效率及其对制品力学强度的影响。以浆体发气高度膨胀率和比强度(强度/绝干密度)作为指标,结果表明,铝粉的发气膨胀性更加依赖于水玻璃的模数和碱含量,铝粉的发气膨胀率低于过氧化氢。过氧化氢和铝粉的用量分别在1.5 g以上和0.8 g以上时,浆体的发气率会达到60%以上。相同条件下铝粉作为发气剂时制品的力学性能优于过氧化氢。Chemical air entrainment method is a common method to prepare geopolymer foam concrete,but there are few research reports on the performance of hydrogen peroxide and aluminum powder.Therefore,this article uses fly ash,slag,and water glass as raw materials to prepare geopolymer porous materials.The gas generation efficiency of hydrogen peroxide and aluminum powder and their impact on the mechanical strength of products were compared under different water glass modulus,alkali content,water content,and air entraining agent dosage.The results show that the gas expansion of aluminum powder is more dependent on the modulus and alkali content of water glass,and the gas expansion rate of aluminum powder is lower than that of hydrogen peroxide,using the gas expansion rate and specific strength(strength/absolute dry density)of the slurry as indicators.When the dosage of hydrogen peroxide and aluminum powder is above 1.5 g and 0.8 g respectively,the gas expansion rate of the slurry will reach over 60%.Under the same condition,the mechanical properties when aluminum powder is used as an aerator are better than those of hydrogen peroxide.
