摘 要:采用正交试验法研究钢纤维掺量、PVA纤维掺量、CaCO_(3)晶须掺量对于珊瑚砂水泥砂浆的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响,并对试验结果进行了极差分析和方差分析。结果表明,对珊瑚砂水泥砂浆抗压强度的影响程度从高到低依次为钢纤维掺量、CaCO_(3)晶须掺量、PVA纤维掺量;对珊瑚砂水泥砂浆劈裂抗拉强度的影响程度从高到低依次为钢纤维掺量、PVA纤维掺量、CaCO_(3)晶须掺量。多尺度纤维的掺入能够显著提升珊瑚砂水泥砂浆的力学性能,钢纤维掺量、PVA纤维掺量、CaCO_(3)晶须掺量对砂浆抗压强度的最大提升幅度分别为18.45%、9.55%和11.49%,对砂浆抗拉强度的最大提升幅度分别为22.68%、15.74%和15.22%。建立了多尺度纤维增强海水珊瑚砂水泥砂浆抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度多元非线性回归模型。研究成果对海水珊瑚砂水泥砂浆力学性能研究具有一定的参考价值并且回归模型可以用于试验结果的变参数扩展分析。Orthogonal test method was used to study the effects of steel fiber content,PVA fiber content and CaCO_(3)whisker content on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of coral sand cement mortar,and the results were subjected to analysis of extreme deviation and analysis of variance.The results showed that the degree of influence on the compressive strength of coral sand cement mortar was steel fiber doping,CaCO_(3)whisker doping,PVA fiber doping in descending order;the degree of influence on the splitting tensile strength of coral sand cement mortar was steel fiber doping,PVA fiber doping,CaCO_(3)whisker doping in descending order.The incorporation of multi-scale fibers can significantly enhance the mechanical properties of coral sand cement mortar,and the maximum enhancement of the compressive strength of the mortar by steel fiber doping,PVA fiber doping and CaCO_(3)whisker doping were 18.45%,9.55%and 11.49%,respectively,and the maximum enhancement of the tensile strength of the mortar was 22.68%,15.74%and 15.22%,respectively.A multivariate nonlinear regression model of compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of seawater coral sand cement mortar reinforced with multi-scale fibers was established.The results of the study have certain reference value for the study of mechanical properties of seawater coral sand cement mortar and the regression model can be used to analyze the variable parameter expansion of the test results.
