摘 要:由于水泥基注浆料的高流动性和微膨胀性,在隧道拱顶背后出现脱空后常采用其进行填补。对比研究了F类Ⅰ级粉煤灰、S95矿粉及微硅灰等三种外掺料对水泥基注浆料流动度、膨胀率及早期强度的影响。结果显示,掺入粉煤灰或矿粉后注浆料流动性得到明显改善,微硅灰掺量为5%时,流动度最高;粉煤灰和矿粉会降低浆体膨胀率,微硅灰在0~5%掺量时膨胀率变化不大;粉煤灰对早期强度有不利影响,但掺量在10%以内能满足规范技术要求,早期强度随着矿粉掺量增加而降低,当微硅灰掺量为5%时,早期强度最高。Due to the high fluidity and micro expansion of cement-based grouting material,it is often used to fill the void behind the tunnel vault.In this paper,the effects of three kinds of additives,such as Class F Class I fly ash,S95 mineral powder and micro silica fume,on the fluidity,expansion rate and early strength of cement-based grouting materials are compared and studied.The results show that the fluidity of grouting material is obviously improved after adding fly ash or mineral powder.When the content of micro silica fume is 5%,the fluidity is the highest.Fly ash and mineral powder will reduce the expansion rate of the slurry,and the expansion rate will not change much when the content of micro silica fume is 0~5%.Fly ash has adverse effects on the early strength,but the content of fly ash can meet the technical requirements of the specification within 10%.The early strength decreases with the increase of the content of mineral powder.When the content of micro silica fume is 5%,the early strength is the highest.
