摘  要:近年来,为改善我国北方地区空气质量,国家大力推进电能、太阳能等清洁供暖形式。在国家2030年碳达峰的目标下,甘肃省发挥自身风光资源大省的优势,新建了若干风光基地,导致弃风弃光率过高。为消纳弃风弃光,削峰填谷平衡电网,以兰州市某私立学校为例,分析低谷电蓄热采暖系统应用的可行性。结果表明,低谷电蓄热采暖系统具有供暖能耗低、运行费用低、污染物排放量低的优势,应用价值较高。In recent years,to improve air quality in northern China,the state has vigorously promoted clean heating methods such as electricity and solar energy.Under the national goal of peaking carbon emissions by 2030,Gansu Province taking advantage of its abundant wind and solar resources,has constructed several wind and solar bases,which has resulted in an excessively high rate of wind and solar energy curtailment.To utilize the curtailed wind and solar energy and balance the power grid through peak shaving and valley filling,this paper took a private school in Lanzhou City as an example to analyze the feasibility of applying off-peak electricity heat storage heating systems.The results show that the low-valley electricity heat storage heating system has the advantages of low heating energy consumption,low operating cost and low pollutant emissions,and has high application value.
