摘　　要：针对加气混凝土砌块填充墙灰缝均匀性差、后置拉结筋工艺复杂、拉结筋锚固性能难以保证等施工质量问题,引入L型定型连接件,并对其施工工艺进行优化,提出配套施工质量控制和作业安全保障措施,形成加气混凝土砌块墙施工质量控制关键技术体系,并于实际工程中进行应用。通过该技术大幅提高了施工工效,改善了墙体保温性能,保证了加气混凝土砌块墙体砌筑施工质量,可为今后类似工程质量控制提供参考。In response to construction quality issues such as poor uniformity of mortar joints in aerated concrete block filled walls,complex process of post installed tie bars,and difficulty in ensuring the anchoring performance of tie bars,etc.This article introduces L-shaped connector and optimizes its construction process.It proposes supporting construction quality control and safety assurance measures,forming a key technical system for quality control of aerated concrete block wall construction,which has been applied in a certain project.Through this technology,construction efficiency has been greatly improved,wall insulation performance has been improved,and the quality of aerated concrete block wall masonry construction has been ensured.It can provide reference for similar engineering quality control in the future.
