摘  要:为检测高速铁路大桥高墩上高性能机制砂混凝土性能,根据工程概况与建设需求,设计高性能机制砂混凝土配合比,制备混凝土试样,使用电液伺服万能试验机对混凝土试样进行抗压强度测试,检测混凝土力学性能,使用混凝土冻融循环试验机对混凝土试样进行抗冻融循环测试,检测混凝土试样的耐久性。结果表明,高性能机制砂混凝土的抗压强度均在63~66 MPa,符合高性能混凝土抗压强度要求;所有试样的动弹性模量在经历多次冻融循环后,均保持了较高的稳定性,变化率较小。高速铁路大桥高墩上高性能机制砂混凝土具有较高的力学性能与耐久性。To test the performance of high performance manufactured sand concrete on high piers of high-speed railway bridge.According to the general situation of the project and construction requirements,the mix ratio of high-performance manufactured sand concrete was designed,and concrete samples were prepared.Electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine was used to test the compressive strength of concrete samples to detect the mechanical properties of concrete,and concrete freeze-thaw cycle testing machine was used to test the anti-freeze-thaw cycle of concrete samples to detect the durability of concrete samples.The results show that the compressive strength of high performance sand concrete was 63 MPa to 66 MPa,which met the requirements of high performance concrete.After many freeze-thaw cycles,the dynamic elastic modulus of all samples maintained a high stability with a small change rate.High performance manufactured sand concrete on high piers of high-speed railway bridge has higher mechanical properties and durability.
