摘 要:以某被动式建筑项目为例,采取WINDOW7.7软件模拟分析玻璃层数、玻璃间距对Low-E中空玻璃传热系数的影响,确定了Low-E中空玻璃为三层且间距为12 mm;通过对比传热系数及截面结构等确定窗框选用70 mm系列五腔PVC窗框;采用OpenStudio软件模拟分析不同朝向、不同窗墙比对建筑全年单位面积的采暖、制冷能耗影响,确定东向和西向窗墙比取值为0.25,南向窗墙比取值为0.35,北向窗墙比取值为0.20。Taking a passive building project as an example,this paper uses WINDOW7.7 software to simulate the effects of glass layer number and glass spacing on heat transfer coefficient of Low-E insulating glass,and determines that the Low-E insulating glass has three layers and the spacing is 12 mm.By comparing the heat transfer coefficient and cross section structure,the 70 mm series five-chamber PVC window frame is selected.The OpenStudio software was used to simulate and analyze the influence of different orientations and different window and wall ratios on the annual heating and cooling energy consumption per unit area of the building.The value of the east-facing and west-facing window and wall ratios was determined to be 0.25,the south-facing window and wall ratios to be 0.35,and the north-facing window and wall ratios to be 0.20.
