摘 要:韶州大桥桥塔属于异形桥塔,桥塔呈圆拱形,受力较其他桥塔复杂。为了保证桥塔的安全施工,对桥塔施工过程中的临时横撑布置位置、顶推力大小进行优化,并对合龙段支架进行受力分析,研究初始缺陷对支架整体稳定性的影响性大小。通过对建模计算,确定了更加合理、经济的横撑布置方案和顶推力大小,控制桥塔施工中拉应力在0.6 MPa内;支架的强度、刚度和稳定性均满足要求,且还有一定富余;初始缺陷对支架整体稳定性的影响较大,在施工中应该尽量避免。The pylons of Shaozhou Bridge are special-shaped pylons.The pylons are round arches and the forces are more complex than other pylons.In order to ensure the safe construction of the bridge tower,the temporary transverse bracing arrangement position and the pushing force were optimized during the construction of the bridge tower,and the force analysis of the bracket in the closure section was carried out to study the influence of initial defects on the overall stability of the bracket.Through modeling calculations,a more reasonable and economical layout of the cross brace and the size of the jacking force are determined,and the tensile stress during the construction of the bridge tower is controlled within 0.6 MPa;the strength,rigidity and stability of the support meet the requirements,and there is still a certain degree Surplus;initial defects have a greater impact on the overall stability of the support,and should be avoided as much as possible during construction.
