摘　　要：随着建筑工程的不断发展和建设规模的日益扩大,一系列问题也日渐凸显,其中包括工程造价不断攀升、施工周期延长、工程质量参差不齐等问题。如何在建筑工程管理中实现全过程的造价控制,成为当前建筑工程领域急需解决的重要问题。通过综合研究和分析建筑工程管理中的全过程造价控制相关理论,系统性地阐述控制工程造价、提高经济效益、保证工程质量等方面的实践经验和有效的方法,旨在为加强建筑工程管理、推进工程质量和效益的提升提供参考。With the continuous development of construction projects and the increasing scale of construction,a series of problems in construction projects have become increasingly prominent,including rising project costs,prolonged construction periods,and uneven project quality.How to achieve full-process cost control in construction project management has become an important issue that needs to be solved urgently in the current field of construction projects.This article comprehensively studies and analyzes the relevant theories of all process cost control in construction project management,and systematically explains the practical experience and effective methods in controlling project cost,improving economic benefits,and ensuring project quality,aiming to provide Strengthen construction project management and promote the improvement of project quality and efficiency;provide useful reference.
