摘　　要：为正确理解和执行新国标《消防应急照明和疏散指示系统》(GB 17945—2024)和《消防应急照明和疏散指示系统技术标准》(GB 51309—2018),对比分析两本标准中关于系统供电电源、应急转换时间和工作时间,A、B型灯具定义、光源发光效能、备用照明等内容变化,探讨其对设计的影响,并就条文争议问题给出笔者的理解。研究结果可为消防应急照明和疏散指示系统设计提供借鉴和启示,并供后续标准修订参考。In order to correctly understand and implement the new national standards Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indication System(GB 17945—2024)and Technical Code for Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuate Indicating System(GB 51309—2018),this paper compares and analyzes the changes in the two standards regarding system power supply,emergency conversion time and working time,definition of A and B type luminaire,luminous efficiency of light sources,standby lighting,etc.,explores their impact on design,and provides the author s understanding on the controversial issues of the provisions.The research results can provide reference and inspiration for the design of fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication systems,and serve as a reference for subsequent standard revisions.
