摘 要:基于2006—2023年长江经济带11个省份数据,运用超效率SBM模型、Dagum基尼系数和空间杜宾模型对物流业碳排放效率进行测度,研究区域差异及驱动因素。结果发现:2006—2023年长江经济带物流业碳排放效率均值总体呈现上升趋势,不同省份差异明显,且长江经济带上、中、下游三大区域之间的物流业碳排放效率表现出明显的梯度效应;在影响物流业碳排放的驱动因素中,对外开放程度、城镇化水平和社会消费水平的回归系数均为正,存在显著的正向溢出效应,而创新水平和环境规制对邻地产生显著的抑制效应。基于上述结论,建议在政府层面优化城镇化进程,协调环境规制,同时加强对外开放与国际合作;在企业层面加强区域合作,实现长江经济带上、中、下游三大区域优势互补,促进创新扩散,提高创新水平,以推动物流业低碳发展。Based on the data from 11 provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2006 to 2023,the super efficiency SBM model,Dagum Gini coefficient and spatial Durbin model were used to measure the carbon emission efficiency of the logistics industry,and to study the regional differences and driving factors.The findings revealed that from 2006 to 2023,the average value of the carbon emission efficiency of the logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed an overall upward trend,with significant differences among provinces.And among the three major regions of the upstream,midstream,and downstream of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,there exhibited a clear gradient effect in the carbon emission efficiency of the logistics industry;Among the driving factors affecting carbon emissions of the logistics industry,the regression coefficients of opening-up degree to the outside world,urbanization level,and social consumption level were all positive,with a significant positive spillover effect,while the level of innovation and the environmental regulations had significant inhibitory effects on the neighboring areas.Based on the above conclusions,it is recommended,at the government level,to optimize the process of urbanization,to coordinate environmental regulations,and to simultaneously strengthen opening-up and international cooperation;at the enterprise level,to enhance regional cooperation,to achieve the complementarity of advantages in the three major regions of the upstream,midstream,and downstream of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,to promote the diffusion of innovation,and to improve the level of innovation,so as to push the low-carbon development of the logistics industry.
