流动人口健康状况及健康不平等的影响因素研究

摘　　要：采用Ordered Probit模型分析流动人口健康水平的影响因素,利用W指数和E指数测度流动人口的健康不平等程度,并利用RIF-I-OLS计量方法分解各因素对流动人口健康不平等的影响。研究表明:从个体特征来看,年龄增加会导致流动人口健康水平的下降和健康不平等的上升,教育程度提高、接受健康教育、拥有工作能促进流动人口健康水平的上升和健康不平等的缩小;从家庭特征来看,结婚和家庭人口规模的扩大均有利于改善健康水平和缩小健康不平等;从社会特征来看,流向城市和拥有医保对流动人口健康水平的促进作用有限;从流动特征来看,流动人口的健康状况与流动时间负相关,与跨省流动以及因工作、亲友和拆迁等原因流动正相关。基于此,从医疗保险、婚姻家庭等方面提出相关政策建议,以提升流动人口的健康水平并缩小健康不平等。The Ordered Probit model was used to analyze the influencing factors of the health status of the floating population.The Wagstaff index and Erreygers index were applied to assess the degree of the health inequalities.And the RIF-I-OLS measurement method was employed to decompose the influence of various factors on the health inequalities.The results indicate that:From the perspective of individual characteristics,an increase in age will lead to a decline in the health status and a rise in the health inequalities in the floating population,and the improvement of education level,the acceptance of health education,and the possession of a job contribute to the rise in the health status and the decline in the health inequalities;From the perspective of family characteristics,getting married and expanding the population size of the family are both beneficial to boosting the health status and narrowing the health inequalities;From the perspective of social characteristics,the flow to cities and the possession of medical insurance have limited effects on the health status;From the perspective of floating characteristics,the health status is negatively correlated with the floating time,and positively correlated with inter-provincial movement,as well as migration for work,relatives and friends,and building demolition.On the basis of findings,suggestions from the aspects of medical insurance,marriage and family are proposed to improve the health status and narrow the health inequalities in the floating population.
