摘　　要：基于古代乡规与当代基层治理之间的关系,对古代乡规的内涵、特点与执行机制进行剖析,分析当代基层治理面临的挑战,对比二者在治理主体、治理依据和治理方式等方面的差异,探讨古代乡规治理对当代基层治理的启示。研究表明,古代乡规蕴含丰富治理智慧,当代基层治理应批判地汲取其精华,在治理主体上多元协同,治理依据上德、法结合,治理方式上多手段并用,以实现社会和谐稳定与可持续发展,推动构建基层治理新模式,为国家治理现代化奠定基础。This study examines the relationship between ancient rural regulations and contemporary grassroots governance by analyzing the connotation,characteristics,and implementation mechanisms of ancient rural regulations.It assesses the challenges faced by contemporary grassroots governance,contrasts the differences between the two in governance entities,basis,and methodologies,and explores the insights that ancient rural regulations offer for contemporary governance practices.The findings indicate that ancient rural regulations embody profound governance wisdom.Contemporary grassroots governance should critically assimilate their essence,foster diverse collaboration among governance entities,integrate morality and law in governance basis,and employ various methods of governance so as to attain social harmony,stability,and sustainable development,thus promoting the establishment of a new paradigm in grassroots governance and laying a foundation for the modernization of national governance systems.
