摘  要:旨在探讨屎肠球菌Kimate-X对幼犬生长发育、血液学参数、免疫学指标、肠道菌群结构及代谢功能的潜在影响。选用16只2月龄比格犬随机分为对照组和益生菌组,每组8只,对照组饲喂基础饲料,益生菌组在基础饲料中添加屎肠球菌Kimate-X(2×10~9 CFU/d),试验共持续6周,测量体重、体高、体长,对血液学、免疫学指标及宏基因组测序指标进行系统性评估。结果:屎肠球菌Kimate-X显著促进了幼犬的体重增长(P<0.01)和体长发育(P<0.05),显著提高了血液中的红细胞数和血红蛋白浓度(P<0.05),以及高密度脂蛋白浓度(P<0.05);免疫学检测表明,屎肠球菌Kimate-X能提高免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平(P<0.05),增强免疫功能;通过宏基因组测序分析揭示,屎肠球菌Kimate-X能够调节肠道菌群组成,显著提升有益菌联合乳杆菌(Ligilactobacillus saerimneri)的丰度,有效降低潜在致病菌如大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的相对丰度;功能注释分析进一步显示,屎肠球菌Kimate-X能够增强肠道菌群的DNA修复能力,促进能量代谢功能的提升。结论:屎肠球菌Kimate-X对幼犬的生长发育、免疫功能具有显著促进作用,并能有效调节肠道菌群及其代谢功能,展现出良好的应用前景。This study aimed to investigate the potential effects of Enterococcus faecium Kimate-X on the growth and development,hematological parameters,immunological indicators,gut microbiota structure,and metabolic functions in Beagle puppies.A total of 16 two-month-old Beagle puppies were used and randomly divided into the control group and the probiotic group,with eight puppies in each group.The probiotic group received Enterococcus faecium Kimate-X supplementation in their basal diet,while the control group was fed with the basal diet alone.Then,a comprehensive assessment was conducted through measurements of body weight,height,and length,as well as hematological,immunological,and metagenomic analyses.The results showed that Enterococcus faecium Kimate-X significantly promoted the body weight gain(P<0.01) and body length development(P<0.05) of the puppies.Additionally,it increased the red blood cell count and hemoglobin concentration in their hematological parameters(P<0.05).The blood biochemical analysis of the blood samples revealed that the high-density lipoprotein(HDL) levels were elevated in the Enterococcus faecium Kimate-X group(P<0.05).The immunological tests showed that Enterococcus faecium Kimate-X enhanced the immunoglobulin G(IgG) levels(P<0.05) in the animals,thereby boosting their immune function.The metagenomic analysis revealed that Enterococcus faecium Kimate-X could modulate the gut microbiota composition in the puppies,significantly increasing the abundance of the beneficial bacterium Ligilactobacillus saerimneri and effectively reducing the relative abundance of potential pathogens such as Escherichia coli in them.The functional annotation analysis further showed that Enterococcus faecium Kimate-X could enhance the DNA repair capability of the gut microbiota of the puppies and promote the improvement of their energy metabolism functions.In conclusion,Enterococcus faeciumKimate-X had significant positive effects on the growth and development and im-mune function of Beagle puppies and effectively regu
