摘　　要：传统中药具有增强畜禽免疫功能的作用,提取具有免疫调节功能的中药组分添加于饲料,通过恢复并增强机体的免疫功能,来改善畜禽健康状况和对抗畜禽养殖中的疾病。近年来,新发病、病毒变异以及混合感染所带来的复杂多变的养殖环境,给畜禽养殖业带来了极大的威胁,虽然新型疫苗的使用可以对疾病的预防起到良好的效果,但在面临畜禽极度虚弱、患免疫抑制类疾病等情况时仍束手无策。多项研究表明中药免疫增强剂可以改善畜禽对肿瘤、细菌、病毒以及其他有害物质的免疫反应,起到扶正祛邪的作用。在全面“禁抗”的养殖环境下,中药免疫增强剂以其价格低廉、来源丰富、不易产生耐药性、毒副作用小等多种优势脱颖而出,成为热门的新型畜禽免疫增强剂。本文主要从中药免疫增强剂在畜禽中的使用效果及作用机制进行综述,期望为畜禽养殖以及中药免疫增强剂的开发和临床应用提供参考。Traditional Chinese medicine has the effect of enhancing the immune function of livestock and poultry.The method of extracting traditional Chinese medicine components with immune regulatory functions and incorporating them into the feed is helpful in improving the health status of livestock and poultry,combating diseases in animal husbandry,and restoring and enhancing the immune function of the animals.In recent years,the complex and ever-changing breeding environment caused by new diseases,virus mutations,and mixed infections has posed a great threat to the livestock and poultry industry.Although the use of new vaccines has a good effect on disease prevention,they are still helpless in the face of extreme weakness in livestock and poultry,and in diseases such as those of immune suppression.Studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine can work as immune enhancers to improve the immune response of livestock and poultry to tumors,bacteria,viruses,and other harmful substances,playing a role of supporting the right and eliminating the evil.In the era of comprehensive prohibition of using antibiotics,traditional Chinese medicine,with its advantages of low price,abundant sources,less susceptibility to drug resistance,and minimal toxic side effects,is becoming a hot new type of animal immune enhancers.This article mainly reviews the use and the prospects of traditional Chinese medicine immune enhancers in livestock and poultry production,in the hope of providing reference for livestock and poultry breeding,as well as research on and development of traditional Chinese medicine immune enhancers.
