摘 要:中国作为全球塑料生产和消费大国,近年随着资源回收体系的持续建设,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)饮料包装的回收率也发生了相应变化。本研究以中国31个省级行政区为研究范围,运用物质流分析方法(MFA)统计进入回收体系和未进入回收体系(流失)的PET饮料包装量,采用正向和逆向“双线”方法核算2021—2023年中国PET饮料包装回收率。数据来源覆盖了中国华北、华中、华东、西南和华南五大片区中的北京、内蒙古、山东、重庆等9个典型城市,涉及调研面积58602.57平方公里,包含了588个乡镇、4240.12万人,对偏远地区回收率情况单独考虑。研究结果表明:综合正向和逆向“双线”方法核算中国PET饮料包装回收率为96.48%~97.63%,在中国历史文献报道数据的合理区间(94%~99%)。该研究具有实际的参考意义,为中国PET饮料包装回收利用制度和体系的不断完善提供借鉴。As a major global producer and consumer of plastics,China has witnessed corresponding changes in the recycling rate of polyethylene terephthalate(PET)beverage packaging in recent years,driven by the continuous development of its resource recovery system.This work employed material flow analysis(MFA)to systematically quantify both recovered PET beverage packaging flows and leakage(unrecovered volumes)across all 31 provinciallevel administrative regions.A dual-method framework integrating forward and reverse material tracking was implemented to calculate national PET beverage packaging recycling rates from 2021 to 2023.Data collection spanned nine representative cities across five major geographic divisions—North China,Central China,East China,Southwest China,and South China—including Beijing,Inner Mongolia,Shandong,and Chongqing.The study encompassed 58,602.57km²of surveyed territory,covering 588 townships and a population of 42.40 million.Special consideration was given to recycling rates in remote areas during the analysis.The results showed that the recovery rate of PET beverage packaging in China was 96.48%~97.63%,which was within the reasonable range(94%~99%)of the data reported in Chinese historical literature.The research has practical reference significance,and provides reference for the continuous improvement of China's PET beverage packaging recycling systems and mechanisms.
