“人机互化”:人工智能风险研判与应对策略的哲学之维

摘　　要：关于人工智能风险研判与应对策略的讨论不能仅局限于人工智能技术本身,更需要从人工智能与人类之间的交互影响即“人机互化”的进程中展开。当前,人工智能技术发展所追求的目标是“人工智能的人化”,即具备类人类甚至超人类的能力,客观上带来的威胁却是“人的人工智能化”,即人类的观念认知与实践行为不断趋同于人工智能,主动认同人工智能主导的评判标准与价值规范,自觉选择以人工智能的数据算法支配自己的行为,积极配合人工智能对人类全方位的改造。真正需要加以警惕的是后者而非前者。“人化的人工智能”是未来人工智能技术发展的合理方向,即将人类实践方式的社会性作为人工智能发展方向的规范,将人类实践结果的真理性作为评判人工智能的尺度,将人类实践过程的开放性作为人工智能发展的动力。The discussion on the risk assessment and response strategies of artificial intelligence should not be limited to the technology itself,but also needs to be expanded from the process of“human-machine interaction”between artificial intelligence and humans.At present,the goal pursued by the development of artificial intelligence technology is the“humanization of artificial intelligence”,that is,to achieve human like or even superhuman abilities.The objective threat it brings is the“artificial intelligence of humans”,that is,human concepts,cognition,and practical behavior continue to converge with artificial intelligence,actively identify with the evaluation standards and value norms dominated by artificial intelligence,consciously choose to use artificial intelligence's data algorithms to govern their own behavior,and actively cooperate with artificial intelligence's all-round transformation of humanity.What truly needs to be vigilant is the latter,not the former.“Humanized artificial intelligence”is a reasonable direction for the future development of artificial intelligence technology,which takes the sociality of human practice as the norm for the development of artificial intelligence,the truthfulness of human practice results as the scale for evaluating artificial intelligence,and the openness of human practice processes as the driving force for the development of artificial intelligence.
